Ⅰ 珪酸コロイドソリューションの紹介 
珪酸コロイドソリューションはSiO2でつくられたNANO METER級の小粒の水溶液で、直径約3.5〜5.0mm。普通コロイド状シリカやシリカゾルと呼ばれている。独特な物理的、化学的特性が幾つある。例えば、巨大な比表面積、極細の粒径、粒子がマイナス電性を持つ、耐高温、ゴム化性など。精密熔接や紙製造業などに広く応用されている。弊社は全自動生産化し、品質を厳しく管理し、製品は優れている。溶液中に分散したSiO2粒子という特性に対し、大事なコントロール技術を持つため、各得意先の要望に対応することができる。台湾国内だけでなく、日本、中国、タイ、ベトナム、韓国でも大好評を得る。

Ⅲ ゲル電池業界におけるRS-350Aのための簡単なアプリケーション 
RS-350AGは、水ベースの電池のためのコロイド状凝固剤です。特徴は以下の通りです:
1。それは効果的に電解質層化を防ぐことができます。
2。ゲル化した後、コロイドは強いです。コロイドは、チクソ性があります。
3。 Colloiは長い時間を保つことができます。我々はオリジナルのequiptmentを変更する必要はありません。
4。バッテリーの保水性を高める。そう、バッテリーが高温環境で使用され、その寿命を向上させることができます。
5。バッテリー上記80Ahrため、サイクル寿命は、元のものより2.5倍に増加します。
6。ほんの少しコロイド凝集剤は、安定状態に達するのに十分です。システムの総重量は5?8%(重量パーセント)の投与量を推奨します。

Ⅳ Brief Application Standard of RS-PⅡ, BRS-P, BRS-E types Colloidal Silica In Precision Casting Industry. 
One type of adding resin increases the wet strength and dry speed. The synergy of colloidal silica has nano-degree of organic-non-organic hybrid material.
PⅡ/P/E is usually used in the following sequence: surface layer, second layer, third layer, back layer. Consequently, the quantity of resin will shift from high to low. PⅡ/P/E type of Colloidal Silica is one type of colloidal silica hybrid - it is a new adhesive that contains both merits of being synthesis-organic and non-organically adhesive.
PⅡ/P/E are muliti type Colloidal Silica。Ait is a kind of adhesive combining organic/inorganic advantages. It is suitable for precision casting applications. When using the P type of colloidal silica, the advantages are as follow:
*Good wet-ability
*Low slurry viscosity
*Short dripping time
*Reduces the quantity of shell layer material
*Shortens the drying time of shell layer
*Improves wet strength
*Decreases the thickness of shell layer
Actual performance result may turn out differently; it depends on the shell layer type, size, and implementation.

* The above only works as a reference: it is subject to the demand of every factory and its respective mix ratios.

Application Suggestions:
a. Stir first before using. For the simplicity of stirring leaf blade activity, please contact our company service department.
b. When soaking the new grout, we suggested not adding water. But you would be required to refill disappeared water moisture from grout tank when necessary.
c. Maintain pH levels between 9.0~10.5.
d. Maintain the fixed powder fluid ratio.
e. The temperature range of grout tank must not over ±3°C; the moistened grout room temperature range must not over ±6°C.
f. The temperature in shell layer dry room needs to be maintained; the relative humidity may be reduced to 20%~60%; the wind speed may be increased to 1.3~2.0 m/s; it eventually reduces the dry time.
g. When using the granulated substance machine and RS-PⅡ/P, the sand particle size must be smaller than 30MESH, so that the strength of attaching will be good.
h. When using pressure cooker, usage of dry steams increases pressure to 5.5bar (80psi) in 10 seconds for completion time; when releasing the pressure, the duration must over 2 minutes long.

Ⅴ Colloidal solution: A Brief Introduction
Colloidal solution of silicic Acid also called silica sol or Silica Sol.

It is written as xSio2.yH2o and composes into certain salt compounds. Adding the hydrochloric acid to the sodium Silica Solid makes sodium silicate drift away and form sol-gel. It neither turns into pure solution, nor produces crystallinity of precipitate. If electrolyte is added to this sol, it congeals and turns to hydrogel. In order to make silica gel, acid must be added to the sodium silicate to produce the sol. It is easy to form the link of the silicic acid to melt key -si-o-si-o- after the condensation. It will turn into the high polymer and become the sol.

In the colloid disperse system, the dispersed phases are independent from each other. If we use liquid to be the disperser, it usually demonstrates the fluidity. But when the disperser is affected by temperature and becomes solid, it is possible to form the solid sol. It is called Sol-gel because water is the disperser of sol. It is called Organic sol since organism is the disperser of sol; it is called Mist sol since air is the disperser of sol.

The silicon casein has characteristics such as associability, hardenability, friction, attachment, cohesiveness, hygroscopic without charged, thermostability and colloidization, etc. It is already applied to many kinds of products in industries. It may freeze to colloidization and be unable to recover the characteristic at 0°C.

It is common to load in the barrels of plastic, or stored in barrel of stainless steel.

Ⅵ 珪酸コロイドソリューションの使用
精密鋳造: 陶磁などに結合性と安定性が良くて強い。鋳造体表面をスムースにして、耐火材料の粉と混合するとき、良い特性があり、製品の寿命が伸ばされる。
ゲルバッテリー: コロイダルシリカは、水ベースの電池のためのコロイド状凝固剤です。ゲルの打者の寿命は長い鉛蓄電池よりもです。
耐火材料: ケイ酸耐火繊維はSilica Solから主になる。エネルギー保持と耐火の特性から断熱材として利用される。
塗料: 防水、耐火、汚染や傷を防ぐというような特性がある。何年にも渡って最高の建設コーティング材とされている。

The glass fiber surface layer usually is very smooth. Its affinity to water, during the resin processing, is usually unable to combine closely, thereby causing the resin to flake. At this moment, if RS Silica Sol is added, it may cause the textile fiber surface to be uneven. Therefore it helps to avoid the above stated procedure.

Using Silica Sol and the unrefined oil to deal with wool may improve the use of wool weaving, reduce beheads, prevent fly, and enhance the superior product percentage. If used in reel thread gel, it can enhance the adhesive power of pulp, makes it easy to remove pulp, shortens the drying time, etc. If added to the resin fiber, it may help to prevent the yarn from skidding and reinforces the strength and dry feature of fabric; it also helps to control the fabric brightness. Moreover, Silica Sol can also be widely used in various kind of fabrics, regardless of whether it is textile or knit fabric goods, Nylon, viscose textile fiber, cellulose acetate, poly fat, polypropylene fabric goods etc - these fabrics will have advantages like lighting reduction, smoothness prevention, rub-proofing, wash-ability, pollution-free, static electricity proofing and so on. Generally, the product is an improvement from potassium product series.
紙工業:摩擦力を増やす、滑りと湿気を防ぐ。
食品工業:Silica Sol は無毒で副作用がなく比較的大きい表面積をもち、飲料水、ビール、しょうゆ会社等で使われ高い効果をあげている。AS 酸性製品は従来使われているものだ。
触媒工業:比較的大きい表面積を使いSilica Solに反応しやすいので, 触媒物として使用される。 例えばES-40 Silica Solはプロピレン触媒物の製品で使用され、また人工のゼオライトにもなる。
その他: Silica Sol は精製剤、pipe dispersing agents, semiconductor elements in polishes,として使われ、また乾電池産業、カーボンプロダクトプロセッサー for weaving/mounting decorating material ゴム強化等に利用される。
